Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku has come to terms on a new four-year, $56.75 million contract, which includes $28 million guaranteed, according to his agent.

On the other hand, the 25-year-old congratulated the Browns in an Instagram message that was shared by his agent, Malki Kawa.

This summer, the Browns applied the franchise tag on Njoku, who has until July 15 to negotiate a long-term deal with the team.

David Njoku to remain in Cleveland until 2026

According to NFL Research, Njoku will make an average of $14.1875 million each season thanks to his new contract, which puts him in the top fourth of all NFL players at his position.

In addition, he gets a big boost on his new contract. The 25-year-old has also indicated his wish to stay in Cleveland ahead of his rookie contract’s last year of performance.
