A new <a href="https:\/\/news.thesportsdrop.com/nfl/which-is-the-most-valuable-nfl-team-169-20220503-SPD-169.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">NFL</a> season is on the horizon, which means an opportunity to bounce back for those teams that struggled last year. The <a href="https:\/\/news.thesportsdrop.com/nfl/super-bowl-champions-list-of-all-time-winners-215-20220503-SPD-215.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Chicago Bears</a> are one of them, as they want to turn things around after a terrible campaign.



Matt Nagy was fired as soon as the <a href="https:\/\/news.thesportsdrop.com/nfl/how-many-nfl-teams-have-not-won-a-super-bowl-ring-in-their-history-97-20220502-SPD-97.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">2021 season</a> came to an end, with the team finishing third in the NFC North with a poor 6-11 record. With Matt Eberflus at the helm, they hope things will change this year.



Eberflus has many challenging tasks ahead of him, and bringing the best out of Justin Fields is one of them. Fortunately, he’s already seen promising signs during the offseason voluntary program.

“I would say he throws a good deep ball,” Eberflus told reporters. “I’m excited about that. You could see it in the 7-on-7 and 11-on-11s. We’re going to take our shots down the field. He does a nice job doing that, and that’s what stands out to me.”



Selected in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Fields had a complicated rookie season. But unlike last year, this time he knows this will be his team and there’s a lot of expectation about it.
