On Wednesday, the Las Vegas Raiders invited Colin Kaepernick in for a workout after a five-year absence from the NFL.
Despite the fact that Kaepernick has yet to get a contract offer from a team, it is likely that he may return to the NFL this season.
According to NFL.com, the Raiders were “impressed” with Kaepernick during the workout, which indicates that the team has a good chance of acquiring the quarterback.
Colin Kaepernick has at least three options
It’s possible that Kaepernick will be able to get a job somewhere if the Raiders decide not to sign him. Before agreeing to throw in front of the Raiders, many teams had reportedly considered the 34-year-old, including the New York Jets and the San Francisco 49ers.
As per Pro Football Talk, there were at least two other NFL clubs interested in Kaepernick prior to his agreeing to the Raiders workout.
