According to these regulations, Bronny James is eligible for the NBA Draft in 2024, which falls one year after he graduates from high school in 2023. Bronny James&nbsp;would be 20 years old by the start of the 2024-25 NBA season, while his father would be 40 years old in December 2024.



On the other hand, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver had announced in 2019 that he intends to do away with the one-and-done rule.
