On the other hand, as per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Lakers have also interviewed ex-Portland Trail Blazers coach Terry Stotts.

Three years with the Golden State Warriors ended with Jackson’s dismissal as head coach in 2014. He has a record of 121-109. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr led the team to the NBA championship the season after Jackson’s dismissal.
With the backing of the Lakers, Jackson may return to his position as head coach. LeBron James would be “extremely excited” if his side hired Jackson, according to Sam Amick of The Athletic.
